Job Description:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the efficient coordination and management of a varied operations and maintenance (O&M) staff.

• He/ she reports to an authority with prescribed requirements that are part of an overall Performance Work Statement.
• Work is reviewed for the attainment of contract requirements, customer satisfaction, and project results.

Included in responsibilities is a Quality Control function critical to meeting performance requirements.

• The PM must have extensive knowledge of QC/Safety concepts and principles, methods, practices and processes pertinent to managing O&M.
• A background in Army cost and software data programs is desired.
• The position requires a technical background and experience as well as strong supervisory experience.
• The PM will be required to integrate customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan that is fully coordinated with all functional elements, establishing responsibilities and setting expectations.
• The PM will also control and manage budget, inventory, and scheduling to meet customer requirements, and he/she will be the main point of contact for customers and other external agencies on the assigned project.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 of year's experience managing base operations support functions.

• Familiarity with Army cost and software data programs.

• Certified Facility Manager OR Bachelor of Science Degree in Facility Management.
